Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Styli app and website (together, the "Platform"), operated by Styli ("we", "us", "Styli"). By creating an account or booking a service through Styli, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Styli Is

Styli is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent, verified beauty and grooming professionals ("Professionals") — barbers, massage therapists, estheticians, makeup artists and nail technicians — who travel to a client's home, condo or hotel.

Styli does not itself provide barber, massage, facial, makeup or nail services. Professionals listed on Styli are independent contractors, not employees, partners or agents of Styli. Styli's role is to operate the booking, payment and review platform that connects clients and Professionals.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a Styli account.
• You agree to provide accurate account and booking information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a booking.
• Payments are processed securely in-app. Styli does not accept cash payments for bookings made through the Platform.
• A Professional's acceptance of a booking is not guaranteed until confirmed in the app.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation windows, no-show rules and refund timelines are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Code of Conduct

When using Styli, you agree to:

• Treat Professionals with respect and provide a safe environment for the service to be performed.
• Not request any service, activity or behavior outside the scope of the booked service.
• Not harass, threaten or discriminate against a Professional.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Independent Professionals

Professionals available through Styli are independent contractors who set their own availability and are solely responsible for the quality, safety and legality of the services they perform. Styli verifies Professional identity and reviews ratings, but does not supervise, direct or control how a Professional performs a service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styli is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from a service performed by a Professional. Styli's liability for any claim relating to the Platform itself (such as a booking or payment error) is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of Styli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
